With over 30 years of experience in logistics and distribution warehousing—more than half in management and process development—I bring a unique blend of operational insight and technical mastery to every project. I specialize in Data Governance and Management, leveraging advanced data solutions and tools like SQL Server, Azure, PowerShell, Cognos 11.x/12.x, Sisense, and Power BI to architect scalable solutions. From query optimization, index creation and maintenance to database administration, I ensure that data environments are secure, performant, and aligned with business goals.
As a Cognos expert, I design advanced reports, manage security, and build custom models using Cognos Framework Manager. I also create tailored documentation—Bills of Lading, Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists—through SSRS Report Builder, streamlining operations across retail, ecommerce, dropship, and kit-based workflows, all while emphasizing the power of Data Analytics.
With over 8 years of hands-on experience configuring and resolving issues within Manhattan WMS Scale, from version 2017 through the current SaaS cloud-based environment, I have developed a close collaboration with the Manhattan team. This partnership has given me deep insight into their platform’s capabilities and limitations, allowing me to find creative solutions to challenges posed by limited customization options, ensuring that warehouse operations remain agile and efficient.
