I did not start my career in data. I started in operations. For more than a decade, I worked inside high-volume distribution environments where efficiency, accuracy, and consistency were not optional. I managed ISO 9000/9001 systems, built enterprise SOPs, and developed training programs that taught teams how to work smarter and more consistently.
Those years shaped how I think about everything.
By 2017, I transitioned formally into data and BI, bringing with me a foundation in Lean, Kaizen, ISO discipline, and real-world operational insight. I quickly became the person responsible for designing BI ecosystems, building semantic layers, integrating WMS/ERP/HR systems, and creating reporting frameworks that supported multi-site distribution networks.
